Flaws anywhere from missing one or more pieces, to a scratch, chip, dent etc. I will try to point out any minor to major flaws with pictures. If it’s not in the picture(s) ask. I don’t want my buyers to lose money! I deserve the same respect! If buyer wants a refund for anything other than “ Not described correctly” . It will be for the cost of the item, and less your cost of shipping and any extra insurance. The buyer also pays for return shipping. A refund will be given after received and inspected to be the same model and in the same condition as shipped to you. I will give a full refund on an item that is canceled before it’s paid for or shipped. There will be a 10% fee for a cancellation after a payment has been made! DAMAGED ITEMS: It’s Buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with that carrier on a damaged item!  If the PACKAGE is noticeably damaged take pictures of all sides of box, take it to your local carrier, submit a claim.
