Massage your hair with warm water (Thoroughly wet your hair) prior to
shampoo so your cuticles are open and ready for a good cleaning. Follow
with a small amount of the concentrated Omica Organics S hampoo and work it into your roots. And then rinse out the shampoo. Apply Omica Organics Concentrated Conditioner (do not forget the ends) and rinse with cooler water (not as warm as the shampoo).
