Indications
Novagenerics Antifungal Anti-Dandruff Shampoo is indicated for the treatment and prevention of:
Pityriasis versicolor: A common fungal skin infection that causes patches of skin to become lighter or darker than the surrounding skin.
Seborrheic dermatitis: A chronic skin condition that causes oily, flaky patches of skin, most commonly on the scalp, face, and back.
Directions for Use
Wet the affected area
Apply a small amount of shampoo (equivalent to 1-2 teaspoons) and lather well.
Close your eyes tightly.
Leave the shampoo on for 3-5 minutes.
Rinse the shampoo off thoroughly with warm water.
Initial treatment:
For pityriasis versicolor: Use once daily for 5 consecutive days.
For seborrheic dermatitis: Use twice weekly for 2-4 weeks.
Prevention of recurrence:
For pityriasis versicolor: Use once daily for 3 consecutive days, especially before summer.
For seborrheic dermatitis: Use once every 1-2 weeks for 4 weeks, or as directed by your doctor.
